Alumina

Other Natural Treatment for Athletes Foot
- Baking Soda: Sprinkle a little baking soda in your shoes helps prevent unwanted moisture that usually causes athlete’s foot. Helps with odor too!
- Epsom Salts Soak: Epsom salts are magnesium sulphate. This is an inexpensive and rich source of magnesium and that also delivers sulfates, which are easily absorb through the skin. A foot soak or Epsom salt bath will soothe tired, achy feet Soak fee in a small tub full of hot water with 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts for 15-20 minutes. - Cotton Socks: Wear a fresh pair each day, change if wet. Wash socks in the hot water.
- Don’t Go Barefoot: Wear flip-flops in locker rooms or public places .
- Don’t Share Towels: Keep your linens and towels clean.
- Keep Feet Dry: Keep your feet very dry, especially between your toes.
- Keep Toenails Clean and Short: Nail fungus and athletes foot fungus can’t grow in a clean, dry environment as easily.
